Paralympics hooray!

We have heard so many people speak of watching the Paralympics - their amazement, their respect, their joy. Some have been moved to tears. And the Paralympians have been thrilled by Britain's response. One of them said, It used to be just my Mum watching me. In London there were 80,000 people cheering me on.

it's not an exact quote, but it's close. Meanwhile, John Hart, businessman and founder of Britain's CV wrote:

" I loathe political correctness but describing the Paralympians as “differently abled” is spot on. My favourite moment in the Paralympics was when British double amputee Richard Whitehead took gold in the 200m sprint. In decades of sports spectatorship I have never seen anyone come from last place to first, a result that symbolized for me the phenomenon that was Paralympiad 2012.
