Criminal liability?
The British Parliament, whose members have just paid back more than a £1 million in expenses they should never have claimed, and with four members charged with false expense accounting, has begun investigating criminal liability in Climategate. The investigation will focus on data manipulation, data suppression, violations of the Freedom of Information Act, and data integrity, arranged to persuade the world that global warming was occurring.
Credibility is melting. This is progress.
In a related development, the Indian government has established its own body to monitor the climate because it 'cannot rely' on the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Wow! Someone is finally fanning the flames of objectively looking at global warming, ironically cooling the objectionable theory. I'm not sure whether to shout "Burn, Baby, Burn!" or "Iceberg Straight Ahead!"
