Remembering Christopher Wren

Christopher Wren, the builder of St Paul's Cathedral, died on this day in 1723. His ingenuity in building the cathedral can be seen here.

That the cathedral was built and has woodcarvings of this delicacy and tenderness is a tribute to Wren and Gibbons and the British people who supported them.
