The Queen Delivers Prime Minister's PowerPoint Presentation

Amid ceremonial tradition, Britain's Queen delivered Mr. Blair's speech to Parliament from her throne in the Lords. The gist of the speech was to try to push more than two dozen PowerPoints onto the statute books.
